By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the kaceno platform available at kaceno.net (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with the kaceno Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and kaceno (the "Company") with respect to your use of the Platform. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English version shall prevail. The Platform is operated for the benefit of players located in Bangladesh, and all monetary amounts referred to herein are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

Access to and use of the kaceno Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are aged 18 years or older. kaceno operates a strict minimum age policy of 18+. Underage gambling is a serious concern and kaceno takes all reasonable steps to prevent it.
• You are accessing the Platform in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off restriction, whether imposed voluntarily through the kaceno responsible gaming tools or through any other mechanism.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of kaceno, nor a member of the immediate family of any such person.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

If kaceno discovers or reasonably suspects that a registered player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out above — in particular the age requirement — kaceno will immediately suspend the account, conduct a full review, and may permanently close the account. Any deposits made, bets placed, and winnings generated during the period of ineligibility may be forfeited. kaceno will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of such closure.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household do not access the kaceno Platform. kaceno strongly recommends the use of parental control software to restrict minors from accessing any online gambling website.

To access the full range of services available on the kaceno Platform, including placing bets, making deposits, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

One Account Per Player: Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the kaceno Platform. Opening, operating, or using more than one account — whether in your own name or under another name — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If kaceno identifies duplicate accounts, the Company reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the same individual, void all wagers placed from those accounts, and forfeit any balances including winnings and bonus credits.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kaceno login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account. kaceno will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify the kaceno support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

Accuracy of Information: You agree that all information provided during registration and at any point thereafter is truthful, accurate, and up to date. You must notify kaceno promptly of any changes to your registered details. kaceno reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification checks at any time and to suspend or close accounts where submitted information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

All financial transactions on the kaceno Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kaceno accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer to accounts held at Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on kaceno is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, although kaceno may apply enhanced due diligence checks for large transactions. Deposits are credited to the player's account balance in real time in the majority of cases; processing times may vary depending on the payment method and network conditions.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible, in line with anti-money-laundering requirements. kaceno aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 30 minutes during normal operating hours; in some cases processing may take up to 24 hours.

• Withdrawals will not be processed if the player's account has not completed the required identity verification (KYC) process.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending review if kaceno has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• Players must have wagered their deposits at least once before requesting a withdrawal, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• kaceno does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which kaceno is not responsible.

kaceno offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the T20 World Cup. General Bonus Rules: Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general rules apply to all kaceno bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited as bonus balance and must be wagered the stated number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately in your account. Real money is used first when placing bets unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, after which any unused bonus balance and associated winnings will be removed from the account. The expiry period is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• kaceno reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect any bonus already credited and actively being wagered.
• Each eligible promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game types or categories specified in the promotion terms. Wagering contributions from different game categories (e.g., slots, live casino, sports betting) may vary and are stated in the specific offer.

By using the kaceno Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to observe the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and the forfeiture of account balances.

Prohibited Conduct: Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the kaceno Platform:

• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments; providing false identity or verification documents; or misrepresenting any information to kaceno.
• Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated or non-human means to place bets, access the Platform, or interact with games.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity, or to obscure the origins of such funds.
• Hacking and Exploitation: Attempting to compromise the security of the Platform, exploit software bugs, reverse-engineer any component of the kaceno system, or gain unauthorised access to any server, database, or player account.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, offensive, or harassing conduct toward kaceno staff, support agents, or other players.
• Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of kaceno, including but not limited to advertising, affiliate marketing outside the official kaceno affiliate programme, or data scraping.

You agree to use the kaceno Platform solely for lawful, personal, and recreational purposes. You further agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without kaceno's prior written consent. All intellectual property rights in the Platform — including but not limited to the kaceno brand, logo, game interfaces, and software — remain the exclusive property of kaceno.

Closure by the Player: You may close your kaceno account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Upon receiving a closure request, kaceno will process any pending withdrawal of verified real-money funds and close the account within a reasonable timeframe, provided no active review or investigation is in progress. Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Closure or Suspension by kaceno: kaceno reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 06.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, collusion, or use of automated betting systems.
• The player is found to be or is reasonably suspected of being under 18 years of age.
• A self-exclusion or cooling-off request from the player, which takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the selected exclusion period.
• Inactivity: accounts that have recorded no login or transaction activity for a consecutive period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. kaceno will notify the registered email address before any dormancy fees or closure procedures are applied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kaceno's total aggregate liability to any player — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kaceno shall not be liable for any of the following, whether foreseeable or not at the date of these Terms:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of goodwill or reputation.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from the unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, server outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or events outside kaceno's reasonable control (including acts of God, regulatory actions, telecommunications failures, or cyber-attacks).

Game Malfunction: In the event of a software malfunction, game error, or technical fault that produces an incorrect game outcome or an erroneous payout — whether an overpayment or underpayment — kaceno reserves the right to void affected bets and correct any resulting balances. kaceno is not liable for any loss suffered by a player as a result of a game malfunction or technical error. The result of a game displayed on your device screen is subject to the outcome recorded on the kaceno server, which shall be the definitive record in the event of any discrepancy.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kaceno's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kaceno operates as an entertainment platform. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction. kaceno makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in all locations.
